D.E.P.; Regulatory, ( permitting ) District Offices for
Domestic Wastewater Permitting
The state of Florida has six (6) district offices and
five (5) delegated agencies. Choose and contact the office
that would regulate permitting for the county of the
application. (The five delegated agencies are for the
following counties: Sarasota, Hillsborough, Palm Beach,
Broward and Dade)

Forms
The permitting of wastewater pump stations and collection and transmission
systems, will require the submittal of the proper D.E.P. forms.
Each application must be submitted on D.E.P.
form No: 62-604.300(8)(a). Each application must also have
D.E.P.
form No:.62-604.300(8)(b) submitted upon project completion.
